Starr Scape Luxury Smoky Mountain Cabin

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew’s house. The team was very hospitable and always quick to respond to any questions. The location was easy to find and close to the attractions. The house was just like the photos and well stocked. Would highly recommend this house for anyone visiting Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

We have been traveling to gatlinburg for the last 18 years for our anniversary and this is by far one of the best cabins we have ever stayed in. Great location amazing views and a stunning home! We will be back and defiantly will recommend Andrew to our friends and family

The place was beautiful and clean. It had a very homey feel. Loved the complimentary snacks. Place was well stocked and very clean and in order. It was well decorated for the holidays, just beautiful.

This is one of the most beautiful Airbnb stays I’ve booked in a long time. The view was amazing and Andrew was super responsive and helpful the whole time. The house was really clean too. My family and I stayed over Thanksgiving, so I ended up doing a lot of cooking. They had pretty much everything we needed, but I do wish there were a few larger pots and pans since we were a family of six. This is very minor though. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The property was exactly as shown and very clean. The views were beautiful- Loved all the windows with views of the mountains. Excellent communication- Kitchen fully stocked and spacious. Would highly recommend. Honestly did not have any complaints whatsoever.

This cabin was everything we expected and more! The views were amazing. The cabin was spacious. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It had more than enough room for the kids to enjoy themselves. The master suite on the top floor gave us privacy and amazing views of the mountains surrounded us.The location was convenient to everything! We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend to others!!

Our stay had both positive and concerning aspects. The host’s communication was prompt, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like the treats and wine upon arrival. My significant other unfortunately contracted ringworm shortly after arriving, and I cut my foot on a piece of glass left on the floor. While the host quickly provided fresh towels and sheets, which we appreciated, these incidents raised serious cleanliness concerns. We were also locked out when the upstairs balcony door jammed shut and the host was unreachable, we had to get help elsewhere to get back inside after midnight. The host initially offered to extend our stay at a discounted rate, but later withdrew that offer without offering another solution. This left us needing to book last-minute accommodations at a much higher cost. The property has potential and the host communicated well, but our experience was impacted by safety, cleanliness, and limited resolutions.

Such a beautiful cabin! While we did not stay in the cabin for a majority of the day, we really enjoyed watching the sunsets in the hot tub and playing pool at night! The mattresses were very comfortable and I appreciate that they had mattress protectors covering each one. They had plenty of towels for both the bathroom and hot tub and they even supplied us with plenty of toilet paper, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing soap and sponge, toothbrushes/toothpaste, travel sized shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and an array of snacks with a bottle of wine! The temperature of the house was extremely comfortable. My only "complaint" would be that you seem to hear everyone walking around upstairs from the downstairs bedrooms. Also, the one bedroom that is closest to the downstairs stairs is somewhat "open" to the living room because the back side of the stairs back up to the bedroom. I think it could be a very simple fix by closing up that space, Overall, loved the location and the space for our family. Would certainly recommend it to others.

Wonderful stay! The accommodations were beautiful, clean, and comfortable—especially the beds. We loved the hot tub and the incredible views. The house was well-equipped with two separate AC units for the upper and lower levels, which kept everything perfectly cool. It was also extremely convenient to get to Dollywood, which made our trip even easier. Andrew was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. The complimentary snacks and wine were such a pleasant touch and made us feel extra welcome. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and fun getaway!

We enjoyed our brief stay in this property, but we did feel that it could have been a bit cleaner -- we noticed some cobwebs/dust in all of the low-traffic areas of the house, but other than that everything was pleasant. Would recommend this property, but could also make it clearer that the most direct route to the Dollywood park is a very steep unpaved road, which only 4x4 vehicles should attempt. We had a 4x4 and felt comfortable descending the road, but did not want to attempt it coming up, which added 5-10 minutes as we had to take a longer route back up the paved roads

We would have loved the opportunity to make things right for you, as we pride ourselves on providing 5-star accommodations and service to our guests. We also provide directions to the safest and easiest way to arrive at our cabins, which is fully paved and accessible for all vehicles. The road you took is actually a truck access road, and thank you for your feedback, we will make sure that our guests are aware that alternate routes provided by GPS may not always be the best options. Excellent Mountain Top Cabin
