Our Pigeon Forge cabins are conveniently located near Dollywood. Drive times vary depending on the property, traffic, and time of day, but our cabins are generally within about 20 minutes of Dollywood.
Do Pigeon Forge cabins provide towels and linens?
Yes. Every Star Chase Cabins reservation includes a linen package with bedding, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to arrival, with towels provided based on the cabin's maximum occupancy.
What is the check-out steps?
Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. ET. Guests should place all trash in the outdoor bear-proof containers or compactors, leave used towels in the bathrooms, and load and run the dishwasher before leaving. Refer to your property guide for any additional instructions.
What is the cancellation policy for Pigeon Forge cabins?
Reservations canceled 45 or more days before arrival receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled within 45 days of arrival are non-refundable. Star Chase Cabins recommends considering trip cancellation insurance when booking.
What is the pet policy?
Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly cabins and must be registered prior to arrival. A non-refundable $150 + tax pet fee applies. Additional charges may apply for damage or excessive cleaning, and unauthorized pets may result in a fine of up to $1,000 and eviction.
