Check-out is 10:00 a.m. ET. Bag trash and place it in outdoor bear-resistant bins, leave used towels in bathrooms, and start the dishwasher. See your property guide for any cabin-specific notes.

Cancel 45+ days before arrival for a full refund minus a $100 fee. Inside 45 days is non-refundable. Trip-cancellation insurance is recommended at booking.

Only in designated pet-friendly cabins with prior registration and a non-refundable $150 + tax fee. Unauthorized pets or damages can incur additional charges (minimum $200), fines up to $1,000, and eviction.
