Very quiet cul-de-sac, fairly easy to find. Had a few problems and Andrew took care of them very quickly. Very nice house, great amenities, pool table, skeetball, and hot tub. Easy to get to Pigeon Forge and all the fun there. Would very much recommend staying.

Easy check-in and out. Great communication with host. Quick responses. Utilized the Skee Ball, pool table, and hot tub more than expected. Lots of fun.

Loved how tidy and clean everything was. Very nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Perfect for extended family gatherings - everyone had their own space, yet a nice big dining table to gather around. Plenty of parking too.

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this beautiful 12-person cabin in the Smoky Mountains, and we’re already talking about our next visit! Took a small break from real life. Good location that was close to main drag. Best communication with the property owner's. Wonderful customer service.

The cabin was pretty nice and in a convenient location. The cleaning/maintenance crew needs to pay closer attention to the property though. Definitely some obviously overlooked messes from previous guests and we had to replace the bulbs in the light fixtures on the front porch.

Cabin location was excellent! Far away enough from the bright lights but close enough to get deliveries and run to the store. The host was very responsive when we didn’t have enough blankets and had housekeeping drop more off right away. Plenty of essentials to get us started, too!

Pros: property management took care of problems. Roaches were sprayed, toilet was fixed and not leaking on the floor anymore, exposed wall socket received a cover. Shower leaking into other shower will be fixed. They also cleaned the air return vents and cleared shower drain so you did not have to stand in shin high water and longer. Cons, because this was a pet friendly rental there was pet hair/dander on everything that had cloth on it to include the pool table. Ceiling fan in living room had a thick layer of dust.
