The house is located in a great area. There are still more houses being built there but it's quiet considering. The location is great because it's before all of the main area and traffic so you don't have to get into the traffic if you don't want to. The home is well kept and decorated.

Awesome view! We stayed here for a trip to Dollywood and was great to be able to come back after a day at the park to relax and spread out. Kids LOVED the indoor pool and adults loved having space to relax. The only down side was that for our group of two families, having more than one laundry pod and another roll of paper towels would have been helpful, but other than that, house was very well equipped.

We do our best to provide a starter supply of basic essentials for our guests. Regarding laundry detergents, we've found that preferences vary widely, although we do supply one pod, we typically leave that for guests to supply according to their personal choice. Everything about our stay was excellent! The home was spotless and felt brand new. All the amenities were ready to use with no issues — there were plenty of trash bags, dishwasher tablets, and even a Brita pitcher in the fridge, which was such a thoughtful touch. It really felt like the hosts had thought of everything we might need. The neighborhood is also new, very safe, and peaceful, with freshly paved streets and plenty of parking — we easily fit six cars outside the house. It was nice staying in a community of Airbnbs rather than right in the middle of a local neighborhood. Checkout was simple and stress-free, with just a few straightforward tasks. Overall, it was a comfortable, well-prepared, and easy stay — we’d definitely book again!

Great place to relax and unwind. Indoor pool and Hot tub were perfect for my family and kids to relax and morning views of mountains, sunrise were spectacular! Above all Host Andrew and the Cabin rental maintenance team was quick to respond and took care of our issues right away!

We had the best stay at Mountain View Manor. Andrew was amazing and checked in with us throughout the trip. We were welcomed into this amazing home with a welcome basket of goodies. It has the most amazing views and was quiet and peaceful. It was not far from a grocery store, Target or any number of attractions. Our family of 9 was very comfortable in this home, with everyone having their own space, plus the game room/movie room, pool and hot tub. Our grandkids loved the pool and were in it every night! We especially loved that the entrance to the pool had keypad entry so kids could not enter on their own. The kitchen was full of everything we needed to cook/prepare meals, and we could do our laundry as needed. I would book this home again in a heartbeat and would love to come back. Thank you for the memories!

Andrew was a fantastic host—very responsive and attentive. When a smoke detector started chirping, he immediately coordinated someone to come fix it within the hour. The house itself was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views. We stayed with two other families, and it was the perfect setup—spacious, comfortable, and with plenty of areas for everyone to relax and hang out. Highly recommend!

wonderful location. There were seven of us in our party and had more than enough room. game room was used frequently as well as the hot tub. view out rear was wonderful.

We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning soon. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool every night and absolutely loved playing shuffle board. The view was the best view out of all the cabins and the location was about 15 minutes to pigeon forge. We had an unexpected visitor (mom dog) and the property manager answered our questions and helped us in a timely manner. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was full of everything we needed. Highly recommend this cabin.

We loved the property especially the indoor pool and hot tub. The overlook of the Mountain views were breathtaking each day. Location is a little far from Gatlinburg but traffic in February not bad. We highly recommend this place!

Beautifully decorated cabin with wonderful views. Adequate parking and fairly quiet community. Great design with 2 bed rooms on the main level for visitors with mobility limits. Kitchen has basic needs if you want to cook. Quickly accessible to the main strip (shopping, food and etc). We noticed the banister was not safe and Brian came the next day to fix it and now it is safe for the next guests. Brian is very nice. Star Chase Cabin Property Management are attentive, great communication and supply detailed community expectations and house rules.Areas of improvement- Although the bathrooms are great the tubs are extra high. Some guests who are short might have some issue getting out of the shower/bath.- Maybe add some additional linens and pillows as backups for comfort- A drying rack for dishes and extra dish towels for the kitchen- Fire alarms seemed sensitive to a little smoke. When we cooked breakfast.- suggest providing instructions on how to use the trash compactor. If I missed those in the instructions guide, sorry.All and all I would absolutely recommend this cabin and Star Chase Cabins in the future.
