How close are these cabins to Dollywood?

While the cabins we manage are in different areas of the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge Area, all cabins are within a 20-minute drive to Dollywood (excluding delayed traffic conditions) and the majority of our cabins are even closer than that!

Are towels & linens provided?

Yes, each reservation with Star Chase Cabins includes a linen package that consists of bedding, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. All beds will be made and ready to go for each stay. Please note that there will be an approximate amount of towels provided based on the maximum occupancy of each cabin. For example, a cabin that sleeps 10 guests will have 10 bath towels and 10 washcloths ready for guests to use during their stay.

What are the check-out procedures?

While check-out procedures may vary from property to property, guests can generally expect all cabins at Star Chase Cabins to ask guests to place all trash in the bear-proof trash cages outside; leave all dirty towels in the bathrooms, and load the dishwasher before checking out of one of our beautiful cabins. Check-out at all of our cabins is always at 10:00 am EST, as we want for each of our cabins to be ready for every guest as they arrive!

What is the cancellation policy?

At Star Chase Cabins, we will issue a 100% refund minus the $100 Cancellation Fee for any reservation that is canceled on or before 45 days prior to the Check-In date. For reservations that are canceled within 45 days of the Check-In date, we do not issue any refunds, as we operate our business in a manner in which last-minute cancellations hurt us significantly. However, we always encourage and provide guests with ample opportunities to purchase trip cancellation insurance on any reservation that is booked through us. What is the pet policy?

Pets are only allowed once registered in cabins designated as being pet friendly. There is a non-refundable $100 + tax fee per pet. This fee does not cover any damages to the cabin or excess clean-up in the form of carpet cleaning, spraying, etc. If a pet sheds excessively, leaves behind fleas, or causes damages to the property, Renter will be responsible for the cost of cleaning, spraying, repairs, or replacement. This additional charge, with a MINIMUM of $200, will be applied to the credit card used to pay the first payment at the time of booking or used to pay the balance of the reservation, if different. If Renter or Renter’s guests bring a pet without notifying Host or bring a pet to a non-pet-friendly cabin, a fine of up to $1000 will be charged to Renter and Renter will be evicted from the property immediately. All money paid by Renter will be forfeited.
